1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a standard handling period before shipment.

  • Processing Time: Typically 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • During peak seasons, major sales, or new product launches, processing may extend up to 3 business days.

  • Once your order has been prepared and the tracking number is generated, you will receive an email notification.

 

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We partner with reliable carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL,...) to ensure fast and secure delivery to your address.

Standard: 6 – 12 Days
Premium: 4 – 7 Days

The "Estimated Transit Time" does not include the 1-3 business day processing time.
Premium Shipping is currently unavailable for certain regions, including the US, UK, and CAN. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order, and your specific delivery location.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $59 USD.

  • Express Shipping: Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery (typically 4 - 7 days).

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier scans the package.

  • If your tracking information has not updated after 3 business days, please contact us at support@bellevault.com for assistance.

 

5. Address Changes and Verification

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

  • We can only guarantee address changes if the request is submitted within 1 hours of placing the order. Once the order enters the processing stage (after 1 hours), we cannot guarantee the address can be modified.
